SOUTHBOROUGH – While many office tenants are downsizing, Barrett Family Wellness Center has expanded their facility to 5,400 square feet and hired additional therapists to meet the growing need for pediatric therapy according to their real estate agent, Marlene Aron, Senior Associate Broker at Metrowest Commercial Real Estate.
President of Barrett Family Wellness Center Nicole Nolan said, “Our 21-year-old family business specializes in pediatric occupational and speech therapy. We are committed to improving the health and well-being of children and their families, which is why, even during COVID, remained fully operational to meet the needs of our customers.”
The Route 9 building at 333 Turnpike Road in Southborough “was our first choice because of a floor plan that was close to perfect for our growing business,” says Nolan. “We needed many private offices, disabled access and ample parking for our customers. We were able to meet all requirements at 333 Turnpike Rd. and the property could not have been more accommodating.”
Aron represented Barrett 11 years ago when they moved to 107 Otis Street in Northborough.
Aron specializes in tenant representation and brings 36 years of commercial real estate expertise to every assignment.
Garrett Quinn of SVN Parsons Commercial Group represented the landlord, Southborough Business Center LLC and manager Amanda Blakeley.
