UPMC Children’s Boosts Pediatric Emergency Care

WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Pittsburgh’s UPMC Children’s Hospital announced the expansion of pediatric emergency services in northern central Pennsylvania, so that children in the region can access special care in the emergency department as needed.

Starting today, healthcare providers caring for pediatric patients in the emergency departments of UPMC Cole, UPMC Lock Haven, UPMC Muncy, UPMC Wellsboro and UPMC Williamsport can consult a UPMC board-certified pediatric pediatric physician via telemedicine.
